- If you wish to have all your medical records filed and maintained in a single, central location, DOC in the CITY ®, on request, will consolidate and store all your medical records
- Due to the fact that you have requested that we consolidate your records, you will have immediate access to your complete medical file at any time you wish
- The strict confidentiality of your medical file is protected by Swiss law (Swiss Penal Code, article 321)
- All doctors working with DOC in the CITY ® have sworn to uphold the Hippocratic Oath as well as the Oath of Geneva
