Who will pays the fees ?
- Our advice is free
- The medical fees are covered by international medical insurance policies, according to the terms of your insurance policy. If your insurer provides worldwide coverage, you will have no out of pocket expenses. Other services (advice, referrals, etc) are free of charge. Please contact us for any further information
- All bills from attending doctors and/or medical facilities are sent directly to DOC in the CITY ®. Upon verification and if you wish it, the bills are then forwarded directly to you or your insurance company, with a copy to you
- Please note that some services will not be covered if you have changed your insurance coverage and taken out a Swiss medical insurance policy
